L'équipe de montage n'intervient pas le jour de la livraison. Elle vous contactera par téléphone une fois la livraison validée pour convenir d'un rendez-vous en fonction de vos disponibilités et de son planning.

Le montage peut intervenir jusqu'à 6 à 8 semaines après la livraison en pics de saison.

Il est indispensable de fournir un numéro de téléphone valide sur lequel vous êtes joignable.

Informations importantes :

. Le sol doit être préparé : des plots béton ou le contour béton doivent être secs.

. Le matériel devra être positionné à proximité du lieu d'installation, à l'arrivée de l'équipe de montage.

. Les monteurs doivent pouvoir circuler autour du produit à monter. Ainsi la dalle (ou la surface préparée pour le montage) ne doit pas être collée à un mur/clotures/haies/etc... Il faut au minimum 50cm de passage.

. Les monteurs ne prennent pas en charge la fixation de votre produit sur son support. Le forfait intègre uniquement l'assemblage de l'abri.

. Les accessoires tels que le plancher, les gouttières, les couvertures de toit peuvent être montés uniquement si vous l'option de montage des accessoires concernés à également été commandée.

. Il est nécessaire que le courant électrique en 220V soit accessible pour nos monteurs. Si ce n'est pas le cas, il faut que vous le précisiez à la commande.
